You will notice as you zoom, that some of the other blocks (manzanas) have a large hotel obscuring their views. If you're coming to Spain to make the most of the sun, you'll definitely want to avoid those properties, which are usually the cheaper ones (though all are more expnsive than ours)!

Make no mistake, you're now looking at the best block on the development, with nothing obscuring the super sea views from the solarium. Why risk buying in an inferior position?

As you zoom in, notice the size of the roof top solarium(The area where the baloon marker is). End apartments have bigger roof tops and are not compromised or shaded in any way.

Notice also, that the garden area (paved to the side) is much larger than others, providing a secure area for a car or two, for relaxation and socialisation, or for somewhere safe for the kids to play.

(The front garden belongs to the apartment below).

The swimming pool can be seen to the rear (all of the benefits, none of the noise).

Additional on-street car parking is in abundance, even in the busy months of July and August.

Scroll down and you'll see the local shops and bar directly opposite our block. The road takes you directly into San Pedro Del Pinatar town centre.
